Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. has an immediate need for a Divisional Safety Director to promote safety awareness and execute preventative safety programs for all stores in our Western Division. This position will be based out of Bentonville, AR with relocation to the field likely and will include the following responsibilities: Direct the implantation and execution of all Risk Control initiatives within area of responsibility, including identifying loss trends and facilitating solutions with internal trends. Direct and facilitate Process Safety Management Programs, Respirator Programs, HAZ-MAT response, Confined Space and EPA Risk Management programs. Develop new and innovative concepts to address accident trends in Facilities through system enhancements, operational programs or physical designs. Requirements include 5 years experience working with health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance agencies at a local, state and federal level using large amounts of data to analyze trends and develop and execute strategies to minimize risk.

Environmental Health & Safety Manager, CB Richard Ellis, Norwalk, CT
Oversee daily site operations. Act as a resource to staff and internal customers. Ensure quality customer service by reviewing documentation and making site visits. Consistently support compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by keeping information private and confidential. Perform needs assessments and root cause investigations. Manage programs including hazard identification, evaluation and control, accident/injury prevention and more. Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing services. Manage both local and transitory work groups. Ensure that regulations and client procedures are in compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA. Requirements include BA/BS, along with 3 years of related experience and/or training, to excel in this role. Preferred: LEED - Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design/Green Building knowledge, Chemical manufacturing experience, Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations. Safety Professional designation preferred.

Environmental Health & Safety Director, Airgas Refrigerants, Inc, Duluth, GA
In Airgas, Safety is a primary job responsibility of all Airgas associates, and a condition of employment - the EH&S Director will ensure that annual safety audit/facility reviews are performed for all facilities in order to assess compliance with Airgas Safety Policies, as well as all Federal, State, Local and Dept of Homeland Security regulatory compliance requirements. These include loss control prevention, reporting, investigation and follow-up on all personal injury accidents and any incidents. Will lead the efforts in the effective supervision, management, motivation and training of all Associates in areas of personal safety, health, regulatory compliance and environmental concerns. Requirements include: At least 10 years experience in the safety management in HVAC plant environments, industrial/gas manufacturing and distribution company, or 8 years safety management experience and a Certified Safety Professional or similar safety accreditation.

Energy EHS Integration Manager, General Electric Infrastructure – Aviation, GA/NY
Oversee and support GE Energy EHS integration activities. Perform integration assessments and prepare deal-specific integration plans with EHS due diligence team and EHS managers. Represent EHS in a cross-functional GE Energy integration teams. Maintain EHS integration web site. Facilitate best practice sharing with newly acquired businesses. Lead EHS integration team and report progress. Develop metrics and track integration performance. Complete site audits and correction actions. Develop and complete EHS integration training. Work with operations and local EHS teams to assure rapid integration of EHS programs and compliance. Work on process improvement projects relating to upgrading BD activities. Assist in establishing EHS integration budget. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or EHS discipline. Experience with working at a senior level with CEP and Regulatory bodies in the international arena. A minimum of 5+ years of EHS experience. Ability to manage multiple projects at same time.

Director - EHS, M&E Division, Boart Longyear, Salt Lake City, UT
Provide global EHS leadership for Boart Longyear Minerals and Energy (M&E) Drilling Services. Work closely with regional EHS resources to assess areas of performance improvement and risk. Lead global initiatives that reduce severity and frequency of incidents. Achieve global EHS objectives assuring that field personnel are properly trained. Imbue a true safety culture with world-class processes. Requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Minimum 7 years experience applying EHS regulations, preferably within mining, construction, heavy equipment, or related fields. Experienced administering regulatory programs such as: OSHA, MSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, etc. Preferred that candidates have one of the following certifications: Certified Safety Professional, Certified Mine Safety Professional, Certified Environmental Auditor Professional, Registered Environmental Engineer, or Certified Industrial Hygienist.
