The Environmental Specialist will enhance Grace's EHS programs by providing strategic and tactical functional expertise and support to Grace business locations and leadership teams. The position manages and continuously drives global excellence in core EHS management systems and processes and facilitates integration into Grace's overall business operations for compliance assurance, productivity, and growth. Some key responsibilities of the Environmental Specialist are providing leadership and direction to the business and regional EHS personnel on environmental matters while supporting implementation of the Grace EHS Policy and Global EHS Management System, assisting in the development and implementation of comprehensive Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems and processes and keeping abreast of pending regulatory changes and advise business leadership accordingly, along with a myriad of other responsibilities. Environmental Manager, Flint Hills Resources, Fairbank, Iowa

The Environmental Manager will serve as a member of the Fairbank site leadership team, collaborating with our Renewables employees to fulfill all environmental obligations. Opportunities include the development of innovative solutions for evolving standards. Risk management, air compliance, water management, leak detection and repair, and regulatory reports are also included in our diverse areas of focus. Managers are strongly supported by the expertise of corporate legal counsel and a company-wide commitment to environmental leadership. Work Experience and skills required are a proven background in environmental management with a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills, ethanol, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial environmental experience, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a preference for the engineering/EHS field.

Corporate Safety Manager, Integrys Energy Group Inc., Green Bay, WI

Hexcel is currently seeking a Global Environmental Leader to be located at their Salt Lake City site. The Global Environmental Leader is responsible for designing, implementing, improving, and managing programs, systems, and initiatives that support Hexcel's commitment to environmental excellence. This position is responsible for assuring the environmental regulatory compliance of all Hexcel operations worldwide, and their continuous performance improvement. The selected individual will be responsible for the following efforts: assuring that the EMS is relevant to operations and is in conformance to the company's expectations, revising and implementing a more focused and effective environmental auditing program and where appropriate support the implementation of ISO 14000, developing and implementing a corporate program that assures operational compliance with the various environmental reporting obligations, along with a myriad of other relevant responsibilities.
