EPA GHG Emissions Rules Will Get Supreme Court Review
The Supreme Court has agreed to review whether the EPA can require greenhouse gas emissions permits for stationary sources such as refineries.The court did not, however, agree to hear other appeals such as its 2007 Massachusetts vs. EPA decision that the EPA has a "statutory obligation" to regulate GHGs under the Clean Air Act. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing and facilitating training programs and activities to improve the technical competencies for all employee levels within our company. Training development will include, but not limited to, EHS programs needed for operations, new hires, management, and other key areas. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with 5-7 years of experience with EHS or operational instruction or training. Complete Energy Services - Fluid Management (CES) provides a complementary suite of products and services, which improve our customer's ability to develop hydrocarbon reserves, reduce costs and enhance production. This position is responsible for managing the HSE function of the assigned region within the Fluid Management Division. The HSE staff in these regions report functionally to the various Operations Managers, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the incumbent. Primary Responsibilities include conducting incident investigations and complete root cause analysis on all OSHA recordable incidents and communicate findings and make recommendations on measures to prevent recurrence and provide input on the implementation of appropriate remedial actions. This position requires a BS in Safety, Environmental Science, or other relevant field plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the oil and gas or transportation industry. Knowledge of pertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations related to all areas of the assigned region including but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Transportation a plus.

The Converting Regional Environment, Health & Safety coordinator position will report to the Area EHS manager. The position will support International Paper's performance goals by supporting EHS programs for converting operations. This position will provide on-site support to effectively implement EHS processes and programs as defined by the NA converting EHS Manager and the CTA Director of Manufacturing. The position will also align with CTA regional management to ensure that business needs are aligned with EHS program implementation. Key Accountabilities include elimination of LIFE incidents, and pursuing an accident free workplace; regardless of where we operate and demanding 100 percent compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have up to five years experience in the forest products industry or an industry with a similar risk profile and bring to this position a type of creativity and "can do" attitude that will make the overall organization successful. The candidate will need a practical understanding of governance and regulation including both law and policies, and the ability to work with the lead hourly (both union and non-union) employees and exempt and non-exempt staff. Bachelors degree in science, engineering, or occupational health and safety or, Masters degree in Occupational Health or Environmental related discipline. Ability to travel significant portion of time (>50%).

They are looking for a Senior Environmental Professional to lead, manage and grow our environmental department. The successful candidate should have demonstrated client development and management experience including leadership and technical skills. Established relationships with potential clients is a plus. In addition to business development duties, the candidate will be responsible for project and staff management. A B.S. degree in related technical discipline (Engineering, Science, Geology) and at least 10 years of environmental compliance experience including the following is required. Health & Safety experience a plus, Professional license preferred (PE, BCEE, CHMM).
