ISS Facility Services is currently seeking a Regional Manager, Health, Environmental & Safety (HSE) North America. The position will work closely with senior management and operations to ensure strategic initiatives are executed in order to meet or exceed HSE performance goals. In addition, the position is accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining effective processes for accounts. The position reports to the Corporate Director of HSE and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The ideal candidates will apply HSE principles and practices to develop, implement and manage HSE programs, policies and procedures. The position will develop HSE Systems and best practices to drive and create culture change. S/he will also partners with site leaders to ensure implementation of HSE programs and systems and integrates HSE into daily work procedures. Bachelor of Science degree is required. Specialization in Occupational Safety or Health, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, and Environmental Health is preferred. Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in developing and implementing HSE programs. Candidates with Professional Certifications (CSP, CHMM, etc.) are highly desirable.
