Requirements include a bachelor's degree and fifteen years of operational experience are required. A Master's Degree is preferred. In addition, a minimum of ten years of experience in a management role, proven success in producing outstanding results, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
