Principal Environmental Engineer reports to the Corporate Energy, Environment, Safety and Health (EESH) Advocacy & Governance organization. Develops strategies, programs and procedures related to chemical and specialty material regulatory compliance (e.g., TSCA, REACH, existing and emerging chemical legislation) for Lockheed Martin U.S. and international operations. Additional environmental compliance program responsibilities dependent on selected candidate skills and organizational needs (e.g., hazardous waste, air and water emissions). Analyzes corporate-wide operational data and information to identify key trends, program and compliance needs, provides compliance assistance and consultation to business area ESH staff in areas of technical expertise. Supports development, implementation and continuous improvement of Lockheed Martin's global ESH management system, including compliance to recognized industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 14001). Evaluates proposed legislation and regulation to determine financial, industrial and environmental impact. Provides technical guidance to development or enhancement of corporate-wide policy, programs and enterprise IT tools that facilitate program implementation. This position will be responsible for leading the environmental, health, and safety function across Harvest Power's US and Canadian operations. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations. In this position, you will champion the charge to develop a strong safety culture in the company with the goal that all employees recognize their role in "everyone goes home safe" and cevelop, maintain, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures, assuring compliance with federal, state/provincial, local laws and regulations, industry best practices, and site permit and regulatory requirements in order to ensure safe,legal, and efficient operations. Preferred Skills and Experience include a BS degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field along with 10+ years of experience and extensive knowledge of EHS regulations. Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.

The Senior Manager of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) will lead a market level team of EHS specialists responsible for ensuring that TWC business is carried out in accordance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations, and that company policies and procedures are followed by administering health and safety programs designed to: prevent accidents and injuries to personnel and damage to resources; minimize environmental impacts; and support company sustainability/Green initiatives. Key duties include loss frequency management - reduce injury and accident frequency across assigned market focusing on targeted approach and major sources of loss and risk and safety communication strategy in market; participate and present standard safety performance metrics to operations leadership teams; update on risk plans and status of key initiatives. 4-6 years of relevant leadership experience such as staff development and continuous improvement along with 11-15 years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in applicable regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA) and property conservation related to fire and natural hazards. BS degree and CSP required.

A $2B+ revenue parent company to more than 40 subsidiary companies in the fire protection, industrial and specialty construction industry located throughout North America and the United Kingdom is looking for an EHS Director. Reporting to the Vice President of Risk Management, the Director of HSE will on a corporate-wide basis, develop, implement, and administer consistent safety and health programs in line with our corporate and the various Subsidiary company business objectives. This should be done under the guidelines of the Company's safety and risk management programs, as well as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and standards. This position will also be responsible for assisting executive management in driving the overall safety process which includes: Safety Accountability, Defined Responsibilities, Effective Measures, Training Initiatives, and Overall Communications. This position will have two direct reports (Corporate Safety Managers) and a dotted line reporting of 40 Safety Professionals at the various subsidiary companies. B.S. in Health & Safety or related field or equivalent along with a minimum of 8-15 years of high level Corporate Safety Management experience within or related to the construction, manufacturing or energy industries required. MS and/or CSP preferred.
