A bachelor's degree in technical field (e.g. Environmental Science, Chemical or Civil Engineering) is required along with 5-10 years of experience. Certified Black Belt preferred along with prior work experience in manufacturing and/or environmental consulting. Management experience also preferred.

They are currently seeking a Manager EHS Compliance Assurance for their FishHawk, Florida location. The Manager EHS Compliance Assurance will manage corporate audit risk based compliance, Management Systems assessments and facility self-assessment programs to assure regulatory compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Mosaic Standards, procedures and policies, Maritime, PSM, Food and Security Requirements and the protection of the company's interests, assets, and personnel. S/he will act as a key member of EHS leadership in driving and influencing EHSS compliance at the site leadership (GM) level and prepare reports, conducts risk management analysis, leads special project teams, develops and prepares all materials for corporate EHS standards and procedures and related management duties as required. Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering, or Engineering is required along with 10-15 years' experience in EHS audit and Security Audit. 10-15 years' experience in Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Change is required. 5-8 years' experience in a Leadership role is a must. Prefer 10-15 years' experience in Aon and OMEGA. CSP, SMSP, CHMM, BCEEM, CPEA, BCEE, CEP preferred.
