With division offices in Savannah, Georgia, and Chicago, Illinois, Great Dane has ten strategically located manufacturing plants in the United States. They are looking for an EHS Director. The EHS Director will be responsible for managing and directing Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) functions to serve the company's strategic and tactical needs while mitigating related risks and liabilities. Principal responsibilities will include the oversight of the development and delivery of strategic, leading edge EH&S programs within the company, including managing core EH&S metrics, and providing influential consultative assistance to functional leadership to improve EH&S compliance and business performance. Key responsibilities include providing oversight of EH&S policies, procedures and basic governance including corporate auditing, to ensure compliance consistent with safety and environmental management policies and procedures and being responsible for assessment of current company EH&S maturity; identify, develop, and implement strategic and tactical plan of required EH&S programs. Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in EHS or Engineering Sciences or related discipline is required along with 10 years related experience in corporate EH&S management and systems development. They are looking for an EHS Director. This person will be responsible for developing and executing the employee health, and safety (EHS) strategic and operating direction for Harris Corporation and also for directing the management of environmental, industrial hygiene, safety and health Programs. S/he will also conduct surveillance of EHS programs, provides consultation services to EHS business areas, represents EHS interests through the corporate function, and contributes to the financial stability by reducing risk and accident prevention and own, drive, and govern the overall EHS management system. Additional responsibilities include implementing EHS mission, principles, and practices and advising business units regarding recognition, measurement and evaluation of chemical, physical and biological agents as they relate to work environments. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or related field is required along with 10 -15 years of experience in environmental health, industrial hygiene, and/or safety administration. ED&F Man is a specialist merchant of agricultural commodities, trading mainly in sugar, molasses, coffee and grains. In addition, we act as broker to clients who need to access commodity and capital markets through our financial services division. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to lead the Sustainability and Quality/Feed Safety programs within the Americas for the E D & F Man Liquid Products (MLP) business unit. This role will be accountable for managing quality and feed safety systems for Molasses and Fish Oil products, and developing/evaluating the sustainability program across the businesses. Responsibilities include managing quality and feed safety systems for molasses within Man Liquid Products Americas and upgrading current policies to new Group QFS Policy and FSMA. You will also perform annual compliance audits to verify compliance and ensure continuous improvement, and maintain general sustainability best practices. BS College degree or equivalent in Food/Agricultural sciences is required along with 5+ years relevant work experience, preferably in an agricultural organization. Supply Chain experience preferred. Spanish bilingual a plus.

This position is based in Marshfield, Wisconsin and will require up to 50% travel to Algoma, Wisconsin, Thorp, Wisconsin, and Birchwood, Wisconsin. The Regional EHS Manager will assess, maintain, and administer the EHS and loss control programs at each facility within the assigned region, ensuring full compliance with EHS regulations and policies, working to reduce injuries and workers compensation costs, ensuring corrective actions are taken to forestall EHS incidents or prevent reoccurrence, and coaching and counseling employees in their responsibilities at each site. Key responsibilities include maintaining work injury and illness records, analyzing records to prevent future injuries and illnesses, preparing reports for management on safety performance and justifying safety measures and consulting with corporate or other outside agencies on EHS related problems. You will also advise members of management on safety matters and publicize EHS material. BS/BA in a related field (Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety/Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering/Science, Engineering, Management) with at least seven years related EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, or proven experience deemed to equal or exceed formal education. Lean Sigma preferred.

Cargill Inc. is a Minnesota based agricultural processing and commodities corporation. It is the largest privately held corporation in the world. They are looking for a Senior EHS coordinator. This position will be responsible for the coordination and execution of EHS tasks at multiple Cargill Industrial Specialties (CIS) facilities as well as the integration of new manufacturing facilities into Cargill. This person will recommend the optimal chemistries for your applications, from lubricants, base oils, and esters to innovative, renewable low-VOC products and source product from our own processing plants worldwide to ensure consistent quality, and low cost and provide inventory and supply chain management tools to maintain consistent, reliable supply. Further EHS tasks include training, incident investigations, and reports, operating plans, audits/inspections, facility projects, BU initiatives, agency communications and Corporate EHS reporting. Other responsibilities include compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Corporate EHS policies. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, EHS or related field and 5 plus years of experience managing EHS responsibilities in a manufacturing facility or Bachelor's Degree and 10 plus years of experience managing EHS responsibilities in a manufacturing facility is required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Federal, State and Local EHS regulations is required. Engineering M.S. preferred. 10 plus years' experience managing EHS responsibilities for multiple manufacturing facilities preferred.
