Through collaboration with EHS Manager, s/he will assist in the management of site activities, which impact areas of EHS regulatory compliance with federal, state and local regulations and provide regulatory guidance and administration support on all EHS regulations to impacted groups. S/he will also provide non-routine problem solving for engineering, R&D and manufacturing groups and provide management assistance in maintaining IS) 14000 certified status and setting goals and targets for all EHS programs having significant impact. BS degree in Environmental Health, Safety or related field is required along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Environmental, Health and Safety or Industrial Hygiene fields with specific concentration in EPA, OSHA and DOT regulations. Director, Environmental Health & Safety

They are looking for an EHS Director. The EHS Director will be responsible for managing and directing Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) functions to serve the company's strategic and tactical needs while mitigating related risks and liabilities. Principal responsibilities include the oversight of the development and delivery of strategic, leading edge EH&S programs within the company, including managing core EH&S metrics, and providing influential consultative assistance to functional leadership to improve EH&S compliance and business performance. Some key responsibilities include providing oversight of EH&S policies, procedures and basic governance including corporate auditing, to ensure compliance consistent with safety and environmental management policies and procedures and be responsible for assessment of current company EH&S maturity; identify, develop, and implement strategic and tactical plan of required EH&S programs. A Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in EHS or Engineering Sciences or related discipline is required along with 10 years related experience in corporate EH&S management and systems development. Senior Manager, Corporate EHSS

They are leader in permanganate chemistries, manganese oxidation, catalyst and blended phosphate technologies. They are looking for a Senior EHS Manager. The Senior Manager, Corporate EHSS is responsible for providing strategic oversight in the development, implementation and management of all Carus Group EHSS corporate policies and standards. The position is accountable for recommending appropriate EHSS goals and budgets along with appropriate metrics associated with monitoring performance across Carus Group. The ideal candidate will champion the PSM policies and provide training at all levels of the organization to encourage employee participation and culture change as it relates to process safety and be responsible for directing, executing and/or supervising safety and health programs at Carus Group locations utilizing an engaging behavioral based approach. BS in engineering, preferably chemical, environmental or mechanical. Must have 10 or more years of experience in a chemical/petrochemical setting with at least 5 years overseeing multiple locations. Prefer a strong knowledge and experience base in job hazard analysis and worker safety program development, implementation, training. Demonstrated experience in OSHA PSM and/or EPA RMP regulation.

Corporate Sustainability Representative

The Corporate Sustainability team, which is part of the External Affairs and Public Policy department, works to demonstrate leadership and elevate PG&E's sustainability commitment across the environmental, economic, and social dimensions of our business to enable a better quality of life for our customers and communities. The Corporate Sustainability Representative will work collaboratively to tell our story and support continuous improvement of PG&E's corporate sustainability performance. This includes researching, writing, and managing data for various corporate sustainability reporting and communication activities. It also includes assisting in implementing best practices and supporting relationships with a range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include leading research, writing, and overall project management for PG&E's annual Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Report, leading annual Dow Jones Sustainability Index submission and engagement with other third-party ratings and rankings of PG&E's sustainability performance. You will also support PG&E's internal sustainability governance and coordination by working with employees from a variety of departments on cross-cutting, complex issues that have a sustainability component and implement best practice programs and initiatives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required along with 3 years of relevant work experience with at least one year of professional writing experience. MA preferred.

Director - Environmental, Health & Safety

The Director - Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) is a key member of the Leadership Team. The EHS Director is responsible for creating a best-in-class safety culture; developing, implementing, and executing the company safety program to increase safety excellence; and reducing injuries and other safety events. The ideal candidate will drive the safety culture across the APM Organization, including concepts such as No Harm, Target ZERO, STOP Work, etc., and provide direction to APM Divisions / Regions to ensure all work sites adhere to Company EHS culture and policies, including cooperation and coordination with Operations. S/he will also face to customer's upper management (e.g., GE PS EHS Leaders) and end customer (e.g., site utility) upper management for EHS matters and lead team of APM EHS Managers to develop and implement EHS training, programs, practices, and standards to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agency requirements (e.g. OSHA), along with establishing priorities, challenges, goals, and plans to APM EHS Management, including financial and non-financial criteria against which performance will be measured. Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety Management (or Business or Engineering with equivalent experience and/or training combination) is required along with fifteen (15) years' experience in an EHS leadership position, either in an industrial capacity or as part of a consulting firm. Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA) and Canada equivalents required. Experience in the industrial construction or maintenance business, especially union labor, is preferred.
