Global Environment, Health & Safety Director

Nike is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories and services. The company is headquartered in the Portland metropolitan area. They are looking for an EHS Director. The Global Environment, Health, and Safety Director is responsible for leading Nike Inc.'s. Global Environment, Health, and Safety program. The Global Director will possess advanced knowledge of industry best practices, standards and regulatory requirements that includes public health, disease and pandemic preparation as well as occupational health trends. This person will lead develop and maintain the strategic framework for the company's Environment, Health, and Safety program designed to avoid or minimize negative impact to employees, consumers, business operations, and help ensure safety and continuity of operations in adverse situations. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Environment, Health, Safety, or related field of study is required along with 10 or more year's professional experience building and leading EH&S programs in a large, global company. Relevant Industry certifications preferred (examples include: CSP). Medical degree highly preferred.

Regional HSE Manager

Kerry Group is a public food company headquartered in Ireland. They are looking for an HSE Manager. The ideal candidate will support business by serving as subject matter expert in assigned region through interpreting regulations and providing guidance on the development and implementation of HSE initiatives. S/he will also assure compliance to internal HSE policies and applicable local regulations through site visits, process reviews, and development of corrective actions with site management. S/he will develop and deliver HSE education in support of policies and/or initiatives where applicable within the assigned business unit and support sites in the development of industrial hygiene (IH) monitoring plans within assigned region. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry or related field along with a minimum 7 - 10 years of health, safety and environmental experience is required. Knowledge and experience with HSE Regulations including OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 is required.

The successful candidate will have the chance to build and run an entire EHS program. BS Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or related Sciences is required along with a a minimum 10 years of experience.
