Experience with creating content for company Citizenship Reports as well as reporting performance through other external groups like DJSI and CDP is a must. Ensures that programs are developed, implemented and sustained to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements and conformance with Eaton mandates. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution along with a minimum 7 years of leadership experience in an environmental, health and safety program management is required. MA in EHS discipline preferred. Demonstrated Knowledge of ISO standards, industry regulations / processes related to EHS (e.g. OSHA, ISO 14001, MESH, VPP, etc.) a plus. They are looking for an EHS Manager in their Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety and Communications Department, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety and Communications. The ideal candidate will executes the design and implementation of all environmental compliance programs required for a major petrochemical complex operating at multiple locations with efforts focus mainly on compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA), but also Clean Water Act and resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations and corporate regulations, policies and procedures and M.A.C.T. processes. A Bachelor’s of Science degree in one of the environmental sciences or engineering disciplines (Chemical engineering is preferred) along with 7-10 years of applicable environmental engineering experiences. Global EHS Director

Contract Specialties Group is currently seeking a Corporate EHS Director to oversee the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety function at their manufacturing and engineering client's 8 North American manufacturing plants. This role reports to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate directly supporting local General Managers and working with site personnel, this individual contributor will design, develop, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of EHS procedures and work practices at all of our manufacturing sites in MA, CT, FL, AZ, Mexico and Canada. S/he will be responsible for instituting injury prevention programs and will manage all regulatory compliance and EHS projects. This will involve, among other things, local audits, oversight of corrective action, goal setting and achievement, and overall compliance. The Global Director of EHS also will prepare regular and special reports for, and communication directly with, the company's senior management on matters in his or her assigned area. 20-30% travel involved. A BS in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment or related discipline is required along with 7 to 10 or more years of industry experience leading and managing the EHS function at multiple sites in the manufacturing industry, preferably in aerospace or possibly automotive or heavy equipment or a closely related industry. Professional Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is strongly preferred or an equivalent designation. Experience in working with insurance carriers and brokers, including on workers' compensation matters, is a plus.
