The Corporate EH&S Manager is responsible to lead the development and implementation of the Company’s EH&S including Sustainability efforts and is the top environmental, safety and industrial health content expert within the Company. The ideal candidate will lead, create and implement all elements of an EH&S and Sustainability program and culture, including the implementation and maintenance of NJFC EH&S management systems and compliance programs. S/he will ensure programs and protocols to ensure EH&S policies and procedures are updated, implemented and followed, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements enabling continuous improvement. The Corporate EH&S Manager is responsible for championing a culture of safety within CTEH®, fostering a sense of continuous improvement that fully integrates safe work practices and continuous improvement in health and safety as a way of life. The position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety and industrial hygiene regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, implementing, administering, and bench-marking CTEH®’s Health and Safety Program. In performing such duties, the EH&S Manager will provide information to ensure that proactive, positive, and safe practices are being implemented and properly used throughout the organization. The incumbent must have the ability and potential to supervise and manage a team of safety and compliance specialists. This role will support a positive, growing, and consistent safety culture across CTEH® and ensure compliance with personnel safety and health regulations. The position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety and industrial hygiene regulatory requirements.
