It owns hundreds of subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, brands, and divisions worldwide and employs approximately 70,000 people. They are looking for an EHS Manager. The HSE Manager works in collaboration with operations leadership and functional reports, plans, leads and organizes HSE activities within Sperry Manufacturing. Primary responsibilities include monitoring Sperry Manufacturing HSE performance according to agreed standards, liaise with the Sperry Manufacturing leaders and Global Manufacturing HSE functional leads to ensure compliance with established standards, corporate expectations and HSE initiatives, lead the assessment of Sperry Manufacturing leading and lagging indicators and facilitates the development of strategies and tactics to drive break through levels of HSE performance and partner with HSE functional resources and Operations leadership at Sperry Manufacturing facilities to identify and address functional competence/capability gaps. A bachelor’s degree in an HSE related field, Science, Engineering or Business Management is required along with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in HSE Management. MA in EHS related field preferred along with 5 years of EHS leadership experience.

EHS Director

Electrolux is a Swedish multinational home appliance manufacturer, headquartered in Stockholm. It is consistently ranked the world's second-largest appliance maker by units sold. They are looking for an EHS Director. The ideal candidate provides leadership and guidance to the facility Management Team and Employees on safety, health and environmental issues. Manages the Facility EHS Programs, EHS Staff/ Medical Team, accident prevention activities, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety, health and environmental regulations. The position will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs, strategies, policies, training and procedures to identify, reduce and/or eliminate risks; and to align with Electrolux policies and procedures. S/he establishes and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident free; a healthy work environment (and environmentally-sound operations) by performing duties personally or through coaching of employees, supervision and the Facility leadership and formulates and implements local safety/health (and environmental) strategies and procedures to be followed by local personnel, which are designed to identify and resolve risks, and are in compliance with local, state and federal safety, health and environmental laws and regulations, and are consistent with Electrolux policies and procedures. A minimum 7-10 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment is required along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Safety, Life Sciences, Engineering or related degree. ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and CSP preferred.
