This position reporting to the Senior Director of EHS, contributes to the success of Frito-Lay North America (FNLA) by providing EHS leadership and direction and enabling EHS risk management including risk identification/evaluation/control/regulatory compliance in the dynamic industry of manufacturing and warehousing. The Supply Chain Dir (FLNA)-Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) will be responsible for deploying, managing, and leading the field EHS team in implementing strategy of OSHA, EPA, and DOT strategy in the dynamic industry of manufacturing and warehousing inclusive of the Frito Lay businesses and maintaining EHS compliance, assessing and mitigation of risk, and facilitating continuous EHS improvement by working closely with field EHS teams and location staff in the development and deployment of the Annual Operating Plan and EHS Performance to Plan. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/fleet as an EHS professional is required along with extensive knowledge/experience with EHS management systems and their deployment. Demonstrated ability to manage multi country EHS programs/people a plus. 50% travel. CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE desirable.

They are looking for an EHS Manager. The role of the EH&S Senior Program Manager is to conduct and manage various programs and activities in EH&S Department. They are looking for a self-starter with superior analysis and problem solving skills ranging from simple to complex situations. This individual is expected to explain information and influence others in order to secure successful implementation of EH&S programs and directives as assigned. The EH&S Senior Program Manager will proactively work with EH&S opportunities and act as an agent of change while working effectively. B.S. in basic (Physical and/or Life) science or engineering is required along with a minimum 10 years of experience in EH&S and industry. CSP, CHMM, CIH (either) required. Knowledge with CAL-OSHA, CAL-EPA, DOT, NFPA, and PSM required. MA preferred. LOTO experience preferred. ISO experience preferred.
