They are looking for an EHS Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, EHS, this position manages critical EHS and Sustainability processes to ensure that EHS and Sustainability goals are achieved at all LWTA sites in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Working collaboratively with all functional areas and closely with Operations, the Manager collects and analyzes data to draw conclusions and gain insights, implements LWTA’s Environmental Product Declaration program, completes environmental compliance audits, and assists with the development and implementation of programs to ensure the effectiveness of the EHS and Sustainability program at LWTA. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science field (e.g. environmental science, biology, geology, occupational health) is required along with 5 years related experience. EHS/Sustainability consulting experience working with multinational corporations or direct EHS/Sustainability work experience with a multinational corporation preferred. Safety & Health Certifications preferred.

They are looking for an EHS Manager. The position requires conducting environmental and safety reviews and surveys, investigating emergency spill response and accident, compliance monitoring of safety and environmental regulations, training of operations personnel per environmental and safety regulations and assisting operations with government required recordkeeping and reporting. A Bachelor degree preferably in Natural Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering Technology, Health, Safety, & Environment Engineering or Management, or Engineering is required along with six years general environmental, health and safety management experience with four years or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment and at least two years’ experience in the field of EHS audit and review. Knowledge of International Standard ISO 14001 Environmental Management System preferred.

Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

They are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Environmental, Health and Safety Manager. This EH&S Manager leads the effort to eliminate, prevent, or reduce the occurrence of undesirable safety, health, and environmental issues and facilitate the positive development and maintenance of behaviors, attitudes and a safety culture that supports the goals of the Company’s EH&S programs. The successful candidate will provide guidance and technical expertise on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local, safety, health and environmental regulations and best practices. This requires that the successful candidate remain up to date on current and proposed regulations and evaluate the impact on BSC. The successful candidate must be hands-on and will also lead a team of approximately five employees. BS/MS in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering required. Must have obtained, or actively in the process of obtaining certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professions (BCSP). Recognized certifications are: OHST, CHST, ASP, and CSP. Candidates that have CUSA certification through the National Safety Council will also be considered. Must have a minimum of 10-15 years EH&S experience with increasing responsibility and at least 5 years of staff management experience.

National Manager for EHS Compliance, Systems & Innovation

PepsiCo has interests in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products. They are looking for a National EHS manager. This position, reporting to the Sr. Director of EHS, contributes to the success of Frito Lay North America by providing EHS leadership and direction to enable the implementation of an EHS risk management process, as well as assure regulatory compliance, in the dynamic industry of manufacturing, warehousing, direct store delivery and transportation. The successful candidate will be an EHS leader for the company and be able to engage, motivate, and align the FLNA organization towards designated EHS objectives, as well as be a part of the development, recommendation, and implementation of division EHS policies and procedures. The candidate is expected to provide collaborative, proactive, and creative problem solving ability to develop best-in-class EHS programs for the improvement of the overall EHS strategy and execution of that strategy execution. The candidate will be a member of the EHS FLNA Leadership team, led by the Sr. Director of EHS. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, Safety or related technical discipline is required along with a minimum of 10 years of HSE experience in field environmental function. Extensive technical knowledge and experience with EHS Management systems and their deployment a must.
