PepsiCo has interests in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products. They are looking for an EHS Manager type. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi North America Beverages Quaker (NABQ) by ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, and DOT), accident prevention and after injury management within the North American Nutrition (NAN) Supply Chain. This person is responsible for deploying, implementing, and leading the EHS agenda by supporting the manufacturing teams with integration of safety and environmental programs, Workers' Compensation, prevention efforts, and regulatory compliance into everyday work life. The EHS Sr. Resource has responsibility to analyze accident data and develop and implement actionable safety/environmental solutions. The candidate is expected to provide collaborative, proactive, and creative problem solving abilities to develop best-in-class EHS programs for the improvement of the overall strategy and EHS management system. A Bachelor's Degree with greater than 5 years' work experience in EHS is required. Safety degree and/or related certification preferred. Knowledge and experience with EHS Management systems and their deployment preferred. CSP, CIH, and/or CHMM desirable.

Sustainability Project Leader

They are looking for an EHS leader. This position supports the development and implementation of International Paper’s Sustainability program within the Strategic Driver - Improving the Planet. The candidate is responsible for maintaining a consistent focus on the company’s Vision 2020 goals and objectives. The role will develop and enhance a corporate-wide Planet strategy, support its implementation and coordination throughout the company and make sure there is alignment among the company's sustainability efforts, business objectives and our customers’ expectations/demands. A Bachelor of Science in a related science or field required. Experience in CSR, sustainability or environmental related field required. Graduate-level degree(s) preferred (MBA, MS). Forest Products Industry knowledge or experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse stakeholders (e.g., corporate leadership, local/state political leaders) preferred.

EHS Director

Boulder Scientific Company (BSC) is a specialty chemical manufacturer, internationally recognized as a leader in the field of specialty organometallic chemicals and metallocenes. They are looking for an EHS Director. This EH&S Director leads the effort to eliminate, prevent, or reduce the occurrence of undesirable safety, health, and environmental issues and facilitate the positive development and maintenance of behaviors, attitudes and a safety culture that supports the goals of the Company’s EH&S programs. The successful candidate will provide guidance and technical expertise on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local, safety, health and environmental regulations and best practices. This requires that the successful candidate remain up to date on current and proposed regulations and evaluate the impact on BSC. The successful candidate must be hands-on and will also lead a team of approximately five employees. A BS/MS in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering required. Must have obtained, or actively in the process of obtaining certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professions (BCSP). Recognized certifications are: OHST, CHST, ASP, and CSP. Candidates that have CUSA certification through the National Safety Council will also be considered. Must have a minimum of 10-15 years EH&S experience with increasing responsibility and at least 5 years of staff management experience. PSM/RCRA/CAA/CWA.
