Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Site Lead
PepsiCo Inc. - Irving, Texas

PepsiCo, Inc. is an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Purchase, New York. PepsiCo has interests in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products. They are looking for an EHS Manager. The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager will establish, execute, and deliver facility-specific EHS plans that support PepsiCo's overall EHS objectives. Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities include implementing, executing, and ensuring compliance with PepsiCo's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, leading execution of the site's annual EHS Plan, including development of expense and capital budgets needed to support these efforts, building capability of site resources to support implementation of EHS programming and managing site-wide system, Program Element (PE) process, to identify and evaluate hazards (risks), and implement effective controls (corrective solutions). The ideal candidate will also lead incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans, interface with regulatory bodies (OSHA, EPA, State/Local Regulators), facilitate the completion of a site-wide annual HSE training plan. A degree is required. Occupational EHS discipline, Science or Engineering preferred. 5+ years of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Professional EHS certification is preferred (CIH, CSP, CHMM, and / or PE).

In addition, it operates the largest network of radiopharmacies in the U.S. They are looking for an EHS Director in the U.S. Mountain West Region. The Regional EHS Director will report directly to the either the Medical or Pharmaceutical Segment Vice President, EHS. This position provides deep subject matter expertise to multiple Medical and Pharmaceutical businesses within the region. The US Regional EHS Director works closely with Business Unit EHS leaders in the execution and implementation of global EHS programs and strategies to manage, mitigate and, whenever possible, eliminate environmental, health and safety risks to Cardinal Health employees, facilities, products, and communities in which the company operates. This role supports all employees and operations in the region. A Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Advanced degree and professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.) strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience managing EHS for multiple operations. Requires up to 50% travel.

Director, Environmental Management, Health & Safety (EHS)

Legrand, a switch and sockets manufacturer, has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Environmental Management, Health and Safety to join the Legrand North & Central America Team in West Hartford. The EHS director assists the VP of Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Public Policy, in consultation with leadership from Human Resources and Operational Excellence, in developing the company’s EHS goals and strategy and ensures that the health, safety, and environmental impact policies of the company are being successfully implemented. This is a managerial position largely carried out in an office environment, though the EHS Director shall regularly tour facilities to personally inspect operations and communicate with different departments. The scope of responsibility extends to management teams and employees in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America and operations units Greater China. Beyond compliance, the EHS Director develops and implements programs and processes that support Legrand’s CSR priorities related to the environment, health and safety, and the achievement of related, multi-year goals. Minimum qualifications for an EHS director position are a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety management or related field and at least ten years of on-the-job experience in implementing environmental, health and safety programs. The position requires strong managerial, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in both a team and independently. The successful applicant will also have strong program management skills and experience, and will have demonstrated the ability to guide, educate and influence colleagues to adopt the necessary processes and behaviors that are hallmarks of a deep culture of environmental management, health and safety. The candidate must also be able to handle high-stress emergency situations. Relevant OSHA and ISO certifications are strongly preferred.
