S/he will lead a functional staff responsible for the design, selection, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the enterprise strategy for the Lockheed Martin ESH Common IT Systems. These Common Systems directly support the implementation of the ESH Management System for the corporation and align and enable strategic priorities including global compliance management, risk evaluation and mitigation, modernization and improved operational efficiency, and leadership and employee engagement. The position directly engages with the broader Lockheed Martin EBS IT organization, external suppliers, corporate EESH and other functional staff members, and ESH and IT representatives from Lockheed Martin business areas. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where the ability to effectively manage competing, multiple priorities and time is expected. Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is a member-owned agricultural cooperative based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul suburb of Arden Hills, Minnesota, focusing on the dairy industry. The Land O'Lakes Supply Chain & Operations division provides strategic leadership across the company's many business units. WinField Manufacturing consists of the chemical formulation division of Land O'Lakes and includes multiple facilities across the country ranging from small single process facilities to large multi-process facilities. They are seeking a hands-on solution provider to be part of a team of EHS professionals who develop and direct company-wide EHS policies with respect to protecting the health, safety, and the environment of WinField Manufacturing employees and facilities. This position establishes and implements systems and processes that ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk at multiple facilities through the implementation of Land O' Lakes EHS standards. The ideal candidate will actively participate in a team of EHS professionals to provide regulatory support 7 chemical formulation and distribution facilities nationwide as part of the Land O'Lakes Corporate EHS Department. The facilities range from small single process facilities to large campus style multi-process facilities. Products manufactured range from non-toxic micro nutrients and fertilizers to highly hazardous and reactive chemicals. A Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent technical field is required along with a minimum of 5 years' experience with large plant EHS programs and managing multiple facility technical programs. Chemical manufacturing experience is highly preferred. OSHA fluency required; experience in safety regulatory environments desired. Master's degree is preferred Professional certifications preferred include certified safety professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Professional Engineer.

Senior Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

They have a new opportunity available for a Senior Corporate Safety Manager which is responsible for the implementation and communication of safety compliance initiatives at Generac. This position will provide safety leadership through the management of Generac’s global safety programs, policies and procedures, and by improving safety performance through communication, education, and performance management for all of our sites. A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field OR equivalent work experience is required along with 5 years of progressive safety management experience. Valid First Aid and CPR Certifications at time of application OR ability to obtain within 6 months employment a must. CSP, CIH certified preferences. Implementation experience with OHSAS 18001 programs a plus.

Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator

The International Paper Company is an American pulp and paper company, the largest such company in the world. It has approximately 55,000 employees, and it is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. They are looking for an EHS Coordinator. The converting Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) regional coordinator position will report to the Area EHS manager. The position will support International Paper’s performance goals by supporting EHS programs for converting operations. This position will provide on-site support to effectively implement EHS processes and programs as defined by the North American Container (NAC) EHS manager and (NAC) VP of Manufacturing. The position will also align with NAC business regional management to ensure that business needs are aligned with EHS program implementation. This individual will need to learn and adjust quickly, be action oriented, be responsive to facility needs and be able to work independently. The individual will also work directly with area EHS/Business leads. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years’ experience in the forest products industry or an industry with a similar risk profile and bring to this position a type of creativity and “can do” attitude that will make the overall organization successful. The candidate will need a practical understanding of governance and regulation including both law and policies, and the ability to work with the lead hourly (both union and non-union) employees and exempt and non-exempt staff. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or, science, engineering required.
