Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
McKesson Corp; Alpharetta, Georgia

McKesson is an American healthcare company distributing pharmaceuticals and providing health information technology, medical supplies, and care management tools. The company had revenues of $198.5 billion in 2017. They are looking for a Senior EHS Manager. The Sr. Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) is responsible for developing, managing and supporting the McKesson safety and environmental policies and programs. This person will collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety team members, business units, and facility leaders on program development, oversight, and implementation. The McKesson Alpharetta/Atlanta location is preferred however, they will consider other locations for the right candidate. The ideal candidate participates in the development of McKesson EH&S policies and procedures, develops safety, injury prevention, and environmental compliance awareness materials, initiatives, projects, and training programs and provides safety program leadership through the support, management and/or development of SOPs, reporting processes, training programs, audits, safety management system portal, and other related EH&S projects. 4 year degree in related field or equivalent experience along with 5+ years experience in environmental health and safety and 2+ years managerial experience is required. A Minimum of 3+ years of safety experience in a distribution and warehousing environment or 10 or more years safety experience in other environments (manufacturing, retail, transportation, etc). Must have experience developing and implementing safety / regulatory compliance programs. Certifications preferred include CSP, ARM or CHMM.

Complex Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
The International Paper Co.; Eaton, Ohio

The International Paper Company is an American pulp and paper company, the largest such company in the world. It has approximately 55,000 employees, and it is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. They are looking for an EHS Manager. The Complex EHS Manager will have the responsibility to ensure that both the Eaton and Middletown, Ohio facilities complies with applicable environmental, health and safety laws, regulations and corporate policy and to certify to this requirement. The ideal candidate develops, implements and maintains effective systems, procedures, and training to achieve and maintain an accident free, injury free, and healthy workplace. The Complex EHS Manager will integrate continual environmental, health and safety improvements and employee diligence into daily operations and work with complex lead team to develop site specific annual objectives for environmental, industrial hygiene, safety and worker’s compensation improvements that support these goals, policies and statements. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required along with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is desired. Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Site Manager
PepsiCo Inc.; Nashville, Tennessee

PepsiCo is an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Purchase, New York. PepsiCo has interests in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products. PepsiCo was formed in 1965 with the merger of the Pepsi-Cola Company and Frito-Lay, Inc. They are looking for an EHS Manager. The Environmental, Heath & Safety Manager will establish, execute, and deliver facility-specific EHS plans that support PepsiCo's overall EHS objectives. Leadership will be focused on two facilities - Nashville, TN & Knoxville, TN. Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities include: Implement, execute, ensure compliance with PepsiCo Company's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, Lead execution of the site's annual EHS Plan, including development of expense and capital budgets needed to support these efforts, Build capability of site resources to support implementation of EHS programming and manage site-wide system, Program Element (PE) process, to identify and evaluate hazards (risks), and implement effective controls (corrective solutions). Degree in Occupational EHS discipline, Science or Engineering preferred along with 5+ years of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE, EHS) experience in a manufacturing environment. Professional EHS certification or the desire to attain certification (CIH, CSP, CHMM, and / or PE) preferred. 20% travel.
