Promote a behavioral safety environment and reporting/tracking on injury/illness statistics and safety program, using statistical methods and comparative data, keep management advised of company performance. Bachelors or Associates Degree in Applied Science in Occupational Safety & Health is required along with Seven years plus experience (preferred in Safety and Sustainability) is required. Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations required. Additional job specific training in OSHA regulations, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics a plus. CSP, ASP, CSMP, ASHM, CSHM.

Assigned to not more than five named customers, the Global Client Executive is responsible for achieving account retention goals and personal labor utilization objectives. The Global Client Executive represents the entire range of company products and services to named accounts, while leading the account planning cycle and ensuring assigned account/client needs and expectations are fully met. The Global Client Executive reports to the Vice President, Strategic Accounts. Primary Responsibilities are establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, coordinating the involvement of ESIS personnel, including technical, business development and executive sponsor, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations and leading broad-based HSE consulting project teams for clients and also participates as a member of project teams. A four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in science or engineering related field is required along with a minimum of seven years of HSE consulting and three years of strategic HSE consulting sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Proficient with multiple database software programs, MS Office software products, financial tools, and project management programs (Salesforce experience a plus). Requires comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of HSE responsibilities, regulations, procedures and business practices, including general broad knowledge of HSE best management practices.
