Corporate Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

They are looking for an EHS manager. The Corporate Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety provides strategic direction and leadershipin his/her initiatives such that Techmer PM maintains and builds upon its reputation to be a proactive best-in-class corporative citizen. Responsibilities include compliance management, safety management, environmental/sustainability management, health/worker's compensation management, training management, and culture management. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, Environmental Sciences or closely related field is required along with a minimum of ten years of experience in a multi-site EHS management role. Familiarity and experience with ISO 9001 and/or TS16949 requirements is preferred. This position requires 30%-40% of travel.

Regional Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager
Ferrovial Services North America; Vallejo, California
Ferrovial previously Grupo Ferrovial, is a Spanish multinational company involved in the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure and urban services. They are looking for an EHS manager. The ideal candidate will be asked to provide guidance and oversight of regional safety activities in order to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all T.R.S.C. employees. Essential duties and responsibilities include managing safety, accident, and fire protection programs in compliance with corporate safety program standards, controlling hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities through safety management and supervisory personnel, supervising and manage IMS data input and reporting requirements and supervising and administer safety/first aid training programs. You will also supervise site work area surveillance inspections, air-sampling tests for confined space entry, property damage, and personal injury investigations and control all documentation of accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions/activities for the region. Bachelor’s Degree required along with 3-5 years working experience in a safety environment leading a team. CSP/ ASP preferred. Knowledge of OSHA VPP programs preferred. Lean Six Sigma.

Construction Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Auditor / Supervisor

CBRE Group, Inc. is a commercial real estate services and investment firm. It is the largest company of its kind in the world. They are looking for an EHS supervisor. The Construction EHS Auditor/Supervisor L-III will serve as a contracted employee who will work as a vendor onsite at a prominent search engine company, supporting the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department. The function will be supporting the EHS Global Construction EHS team by performing regulatory and contractual compliance audits on construction sites located primarily in California but may include other states such as New York, Colorado, Washington, Texas, etc. The purpose of this position is also to support and assist in the management of HSE (Environmental Health and Safety) programs relative to a specific account or market area and assist in Managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and HSE needs of a client account(s). A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, or equivalent practical experience is required along with 5 years of experience working on major construction projects and 5 years’ experience working in the field of safety. Strong knowledge of interpreting and complying with OSHA 1026 a must. CSP/CIH/CHMM/OHST preferred.
