Regional EHS Manager

They are looking for an EHS manager who will be responsible for implementing and managing SUEZ environment, health and safety (EHS), and industrial risk programs in the assigned region. This includes monitoring, verifying, and strengthening compliance with EHS regulations and taking action where necessary, advising on safe work methods and practices, and facilitating incident analysis & reviews. The incumbent is expected to work in coordination with operations team to ensure implementation of corporate EHS policies & programs at the region and the project level and support compliance with safe drinking water act and clean water act. Field presence is an essential component of responsibilities for the purposes of oversight, technical support, and coordination of all EHS program implementation. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety, environmental engineering, or equivalent is required along with 5-7 years of related experience in EHS practice. CSP/CIH preferred. Work experience in water and wastewater industry, public utility, construction, or de-centralized industry a plus.
